Do you have family in Australia? You may be able to join them.

Work Visas.

There are several temporary and permanent visa options if you want to work in Australia.

  • Accept that job – if you have a job offer from an Australian employer who wants to sponsor you, you may be eligible for a temporary or permanent working visa.

  • You’ve got skills – even if you don’t have an Australian employer offering you a job, if you have certain skills that Australia needs, you could still be eligible for a visa without being sponsored.

Refugee and Humanitarian Visas.

If you are in need of protection, you may be eligible for a refugee or humanitarian visa.

  • Located in Australia – If you are in Australia and are unable to return to your home country because you are at risk of persecution, we can talk to you about a protection visa.

  • At risk overseas – if you are outside of Australia and are subjected to persecution or other harm, you may be able to obtain a refugee or humanitarian visa to come to Australia.

Visa Cancellations and Refusals.

If you have had your visa cancelled or refused, or if you are facing possible cancellation or refusal, you need to act fast!

  • It’s not going to plan – If your visa has been cancelled or you have been issued a Notice of Intention to Cancel your visa, there may be options available to you to get your visa back or prevent cancellation.

  • Your character is an issue – If your visa has been cancelled or refused on the basis of character grounds, such as you have broken an Australian law, there may be grounds for you to get your visa back or prevent it being refused.

Australian Citizenship.

There are many ways to become an Australian citizen.

  • Final step in your journey – If you are a permanent resident, you may be eligible to take the final step and become an Australian citizen.

  • Born overseas to an Australian – If at least one of your parents was an Australian citizen when you were born overseas, you could get your Australian citizenship.

  • Golden years – If you are 60 years or over and are a permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen, you could apply for Australian citizenship.
